    How is the construction quality of Nandi Citadel, Bannerghatta Road, please provide feedback?

    I am thinking of relocating to Bannerghatta Road, please let me know how Nandi Citadel is for end-use? Also, give me a brief about the security measures, maintenance and status of senior citizen friendly amenities?

    Nandi Citadel is located in a well-developed residential node of Bangalore known as Bannerghatta road. Civic utilities like Bus stop, hospitals, shopping marts, educational institutes, etc. are located within a radius of 3-5 Km from the project. The maintenance in ready apartments is Rs 2 per sq ft but it keeps on changing depending on the current operational cost. As far as amenities are concerned, the developer has made special provisions for old citizens like separate sitout space, garden with pavements, jogging track, yoga/meditation area, etc. You may confirm the maintenance and take a look at the amenities when you visit the project.
