    What are the prevailing prices of 3 bhk resale apartments in Sethi Max Royal, Noida?
    Hi, I am thinking to buy a 3 bhk resale flat in Sethi Max Royal, Sector-76 Noida. I want to know about the prices of resale flats there and also, how is this society for residential purpose.

    This Builder M/s Sethi of Sethi Max Roayl is not paying any penalty for delayed possession. Also, construction quality is not good. Builder is forcing buyers to sign disclaimer letter for giving up the right for compensation before giving possession. He also started charging for maintenance before receiving the completion certificate from authorities and promised facilities. Balcony is not as per offered plan in size.
