My collage and Academy are near me and all students.Well-maintained roads.In this area no traffic jam .My gym also near me and race track also.Water is very cleaned.Study material also nearby me and other people.In this area good public transport available.My daily use material are also provide near me.In my area is very rare crimes reported.Auto and easy cab availability in the area.Clean & Hygienic.

This area is very crowded.Street area is very short.In this area Not clean & hygienic.Not well lit streets. In this area occasional power cuts are not available. In roads and streets are not safe at night for people.In this area accedent possibility because streets and roads are small size and many cuts available.In this area many electricity cuts.This area at night no safe for girls whom go to library and after go home.Many dangerous dogs on roads and streets.In my area park is very small in the park is very crowded.

model town is traffic free .market is at walkable distance.safely at night for both girls and boys.enough parks.no shortage of electricity and water.diversity in rent according to room condition.people are good in nature. people provide help when needed.model town is traffic free there is no tension about accident. null accident case in model town. crime rate is about 0 % in model town. due to shortage of vehicle there is no chance about air pollution.there is diversity in rent rent is according to room condition and facility provide. both boys and girls can stay in pg or room without fear.no sound pollution due to which student can concentrate in study.

there are many park but park are not well maintain. due to shortage of vehicle service no cab is available in middle area of model town. in pg food is not approprite. there are facility of everything but without choices. no wifi services available. no metro connectivity to model town due to which people have to travell for metro.

Model town rohtak is situated in the centre of the city. This place is well connected to the all areas of the city . A large no. Of coaching institutes are situated nearby model town the roads are well maintained. Its a good place to live. Main thing is that its near the main market and the educational institution are also nearby.

A large no. Of migrant students are living in this area so this is a major problem because the perform many bad works. The electricity is a also a problem although not a big problem. Less greenary cover. Due to construction activity in the nearby areas the problem of dust also exists.

Very good connectivity of public and private transport. Couple of private and public hospital within 200 meters. Developed society and mostly all houses are well made. Two big parks are nearby. 24×7 police security and nearby police station. Very well maintained roads and street light facilities. Government as well as private school nearby within 1 km. Very Rare Power cut and the electricity is mostly 24×7. Very good sewage system. I like my society and the whole model Town in Rohtak

Traffic is little more because it is student area and the sounds of horns whole day. Due to student area the vehicles are moving all the time 24×7. So the security is quiet less because they keep moving even there is very good security system. Due to many students the chances of occasional crimes can be seen and the disputes between the students. Due to so many outsiders the pollution is quiet more. Overall the society is above average.

The shopping complexes and parks are nearby. The parks are enough and well maintained. Pwd renovates tue roads frequently. There is not problem of safety at night. The area is well lit and fully secure. There is no garbage and streets are clean and hygienicc. There is 24/7 water and electricity power supply. East cab connectivity. Good panoramic view. There is not traffic jam and no pollution.

The problem is less population density in this area as it is mainly occupied by well-off middle classes. There is no metro in the city . No police patrolling noticed for around 2years. Dogs bark and create chaos. Neighbours are not friendly. Overall, it needs to be occupied by more people in order to ensure safety

There are 2 malls nearby which are very good for daily routine things and no worries for food and grocery items as the market avavible within 1 km and the environment i must mention is too good and roads and street are too neat and clean.sevage system is too good and the garbage facilities are on time.. water facility is on time and 2 times a day water facilities given by govt. And easy auto facilities are avaible at your door steps and it is so cheap that everyone can afford it. School are good and high school are nearby to the colony and our children can get best education in nearby schools. Grocery store at walkable dustance so you get fresh vegetables and fruits on regular basis. The best part of colony is its parks located nearby and children can do outdoor activities in the parks.overall experience is good but with some of the drawbacks.

The roads of the area though safe but there is a need for security person in the area as we have faced issue regarding some theft cases and electricity cuts are common during summer season and sometimes foul water comes by facilities given by govt.and street food is not of good quality. The roads are not safe for women as many incident of chain snaching occured during night. Police officer rarely do patroling and the main negative point is to fill petrol in vehicles as you have to go long way to fill the petrols in your vehicle. And power cutoff are too irritating that you cant do anything and even the lineman does not pick our call during cutoffs. The drawback of our colony is no good hospitals nearby so you have to rush to the main roads for the good hospitals facilities.these are some cons which are needed to be overlooked while living in this colony

I have lived in Model Town Rohtak for more than 9 years . The people are quite friendly there. There is unity among neighbors and i assure you that ,this is the best thing. There is a lack of a proper RWA , but now a Rwa is being made in some lanes. Some lanes in the Model Town area are gated while some are not. Same with CCTV cameras. But the markets are near, there are many beautiful parks, kids and adult friendly. So,my overall comment on the area is amazing. You will love to be there. And one problem is of Monkeys. They sometimes even enter your house ,fridge so you have to take necessary precautions for safety.

The shopping malls ,banks, grocery shops are within in 50 meters. No problem at late night on roads, i can work properly at late night also.

A lot of vehicles runs at day time, but that's not a problem. I am a little bit away from this. And people have no bond connection, like they have no unity. There are a lot of people who eat junk food. And people don't contribute itself in clean roads and other things.

The area is well cleaned. The draining system is also excellent.The police station is also near to the house. A lot of tuitions and coaching classes are available for any grade.The area has many malls and supermarkets.

There is only few parks and meeting places. Crime reports has seen a rise from few weeks. The cost of living is very high. I have to face shortage of water again and again also the electricity cuts is there frequently.

Everything available in this locality School of the children and colleges near about 500 m to study for higher. ATM near every 400m. Hospital near 200m with high end facilities. Atmosphere is suitable.

There is no metro connectivity near 15 km. There is no airport near this location it would around be 40Km away.
