Greetings from DION Infratech family and Welcome to the "THE BIGGEST RIVER FACING BOUNDED COMMUNITY OF ODISHA". First of all I would like to thank you for showing interest in our project, We are happy to inform you that after successful completion of two blocks (i.e. - Block D & F) having 80 residential flats given name as 1st phase, Now we have launched another two new blocks (i.e. – Block G & H) having 142 residential flats named as 2nd phase of project DION`s River Front. The residential apartment project is spread over 6.7 acres in between Bhubaneswar – New Cuttack at the shore of river Kuakhai & Khatajodi, Trisulia. This project has obtained all the necessary government approvals.

• Each floor has 8 flats, there are 2nos. of 3 BHK of 1 size & 6 nos. of 2 BHK of 5 Sizes
• There are 88 flats in this tower

Block-G:

• This tower is a 11 storied building i.e. Basement, Stilt for parking & 09 floors.
• Each floor has 6 flats; there are 4 nos. of 3 BHK of 1 size & 2 nos. of 2 BHK of 2 Sizes.
• There are 54 nos. flats in this tower

• This tower is a 13 storied building i.e. Basement, Stilt for parking & 11 floors.
• Each floor has 4 flats, there are 4 nos of 3 BHK of 2 sizes
• There are 44 flats in this tower
• Block-F:
• This tower is an 11 storied building i.e. Basement. Stilt for parking & 9 floors.
• Each floor has 4 flats of 3 BHK & 2 BHK
• Out of 4 flats in each floor, there are two numbers of 3 BHK & two numbers of 2 BHK
• There are 36 flats in this tower
