    Lodha Amara all the amenities are functional. Whereas Kalpataru parkcity all the amenities are not operational. Both are

    in same location at Kolshet Road . So there is locationwise there is no difference. Loadha Amara you will get ready to move in as well as nearing possession and 2 to 3 years possession. Kalptaru parksite and Mahavir are under construction project. Construction quality wise Kalpataru and Mahavir are better than Loadha. Mahavir locationwise is better than these 2 projectsmore
