The best thing is this is in central noida so connectivity is good metro is near by the project, but the metro is noida internal Metro, Delhi metro is around 5 kms or around 10 mins drive, gentry is very good, so civilized people are living here, mentaince charges are also minimal around 2.5 rs persqft. So overall it's good society in noida where u can live, parks are there, it's 25 acre society so good space to roam around, hey good club house and swimming pool.

Security purpose this best society. Flats design is superb. Good play area for children. Daily basis things are available nearby shops and stores. Construction quality is superb in this society. ICICI bank is nearby from this society. And Domino's and other restaurants are available nearby.

This is a beautiful society.. beautiful low and high rise houses.. the club house is amazing you can do birthday parties, Shaadi functions etc. Amazing gym area with instructors and gaming area.. there is a library too for the lover of reading books. Mart which has a place to go from the society only.. you don't have to go out from the society there is everything we can get from the mart.

As a former resident of Mahagun Moderne in sector 78, I can attest to its exceptional living experience. To be very honest, there are only positive point. Firstly, I would like to tell that there is full security for girls they can walk or play games even at night without hurry. Secondly, there is a lot of greenery with full of flowers that looks beautiful, there are plenty of dogs that are friendly so I love to play with them and feed. Also there is other facilities like gym, zumba classes,badminton court, swimming pool and even a lawn tennis court.Futhermore it has a shopping mall where all the things are present that we can purchase.Lastly I love the society and I would definately recommend everyone to be a part of it.

It is just a very good society with all the facilities, good maintenance services best part. it is very fair and equal to everything. Has well-maintained walls roads and very good society overall
