    Dear Arush, the capital values in Lotus Petals remained consistently since the last one year. However, in the last quart

    er, prices surged by only 2%. But this value does not imply that the project is not worth investing in. Lotus Petals is situated along the stretch of Bannerghatta road which is one of the hottest investment destinations in Bangalore. This stretch not only provides direct connectivity to the other parts of the city, Bannerghatta Road will also benefit from the road widening project, once complete. As of now, there is some delay in the construction of this stretch. But realty stalwarts believe that property prices will shoot up once the road is widened.more
