    Hi I want give my apartment on rent which I have purchased in Loharuka Green Enclave. What is the present rent of 3 BHK flats in Rajarhat? Also, How can I attract tenants faster?

    Hi Umar, the present rate of 3 BHK flats in Rajarhat is faring in between Rs. 10,837 and Rs. 13,792. Mostly people ask for security deposits as 1 or 2 month rent. The rent of an apartment various accordingly as per the amenities being offered, the age of the property, property class [whether, affordable, mid-range or high-end], furnishing etc. So, in order to earn high rent, consider furnishing your apartment to the maximum. Also, there are some maintenance charges which can ask from the tenant as per the property rates in a project. Also, you can place your propertys advertisement on online property sites like 99acres.     Hi Santhosh, Loharuka Green Enclave is a Rajarhat based project. The area has plenty of hospitals, schools, colleges, banks, supermarkets and restaurants which makes it an ideal destination for end-users. The area is also quite peaceful having green surroundings. Rajarhat Main Road, Solapur- Chandmari Road and Biswa Bangla Road are some of the major roads connecting it to other prominent destinations of Kolkata. Public transport system seems to be pretty strong in Rajarhat as well. Government owned AC/Non AC buses operate in smooth frequency here. Railway stations such as Tala and Patikupur can be easily reached via auto-rickshaws. Proposed metro station is also an extra advantage for this region. Overall, this place has all the facilities which suitable for end-users.
