Woman's and girls feeling safe at night in this area. Good hospital and traumacenter available hear for medical treatment. Their is well maintained roads.

Thereis no parking space in this area.No metro connectivity in this area,and no relay station in this area. only few shops of hardware in this area. This area have many roads, shops and traffic so air pollution is not satisfied . field are not available hear so farming is not possible in this area.

You the surrounding is less noisy and you can easily get transposition services. You'll get lot of hospital and schools nearby and public transport easily. There are many shops and services nearby so you don't need to travel far for your daily needs. Roads are in good condition and 3 lane wide. This area is well known for peace and best connectivity because it is at corner of Varanasi and you'll get highway railway stations nearby in distance of 10 minutes hardly. There is no water shortage at all and the lands are at good height (from sea level)

This area is still under development so you won't get better facilities over here but you'll get minimalist requirements fulfilled for sure! There are lot of village and slum area in deeper chitaipur. You have to face lot of horn and running trucks sounds at Night as it is near highway. The roads are not safe after 10PM as trucks start to move inside the city and crime are reported sometimes

Good thing which I feel while living in this area is that there is good public and easy Cab availability from railway or wherever you want to go u get auto all time . There's are several schools and all are nearby from my place whether it's CHS or Sunbeam or anyone and Market are also at very nearby u can go by evening walk. Good and reputed hospital are available whether it's BHU or Heritage so no worry about health emergency and due to several police picket at small distance and Night patrolling in colonies make nights safe.

Some Bad things which I feel while living this area are like there's no Metro connectivity and due to crowded population and large number of Vehicles Frequent parking issue and Traffic jam are permanent which causes High level of Pollution and you hardly find any Good parks or even if there's any park or any rest area then high chance they are in unhygienic area .

In this area there are so many shopping malls more than 5 big hospitals. Grocery shops are within walking distance. Near this banaras hindu university located which is india 3rd best university. lots of school and college are located near this.It is safe for to go out at late night. police station is located near 500 meter . Premium hotels are also located near this.

The area is very densely located. Footpaths are encroached by street vendors. There is huge traffic all of the day which causes too much noise pollution as well as air pollution. Sometimes there is no space for parking the vehicle.

Lanka is a place which really never sleeps most of the things are available nearby like, - Hospitals, Schools, pharmaceuticals, and restaurants. Public transport is also available 24/7. It's not too far from the Railway station and has a police station which makes it safer. Different types of people live here because it consists of many small colonies and societies.

Traffic Jams are a frequent problem because as I said everything is available nearby so the mass public depends on the streets, either to buy medicine or to visit a temple, restaurant, or to buy groceries. It's one of the main route of the city Varanasi, Which makes the routes of Lanka bit chaotic.

Heritage hospital in Lanka is there 24 hours emergency service is available. BHU campus gate is located in Lanka. Sunbeam school, lion English school, South point school, Dr Prashad school is within 1 km from Lanka. There are HDFC, AXIS, SBI, PNB, BOB, bank in Lanka and ATM of these banks are close to Lanka. Lanka is one of the poshest locations in Varanasi having B.H.U, Ganges, sankat mochan Temple and manas mandir, and bhelupur in close proximity. Public transport is very good it's just awesome for people who are going through public transport in day to day life. Markets at a walkable distance you easily get anything on the shop every type of shop available and ver respective nature have them And here you always feel safe either midnight or anytime good hospital s are available of high facility and there truma centre is at walkable distance u don't have to worry about hospitals.

It's a very crowded place but you feel better here because this crowd is the beauty of banaras. One more problem is that traffic and not maintained road a huge problem easily available hotels and rented room at a very affordable range. There are so many problems in Lanka. There are power-cut problems. There is less parking space and There is Huge traffic During peak hours. And much pollution on the roadside and street. The roads are not good Also construction area nearby our Location And pollution and dust Are major issues.
