As far as residential is concerned i didnt find any negative point here but as the middle class public is living here. There may be this are is not the choice of upper class families. The locality of Khodiyar colony is good as Banks,Shopping malls anf Vegetable markets are nearby this area.The safety of area is also good as PCR vans are patrolling in this area frequently.All essential transportation like state transport,Railway station and even Airport is nearby this area.The poeple here are also polite ,peaceful and helpful.Crystall mall is also there for shopping and INOX multiolex is there for enjoyment at weekend.Overall this locality is good for living.

There are vegetable markets so there may be higher chances of traffic jams.Also parking is major issue at this road due to congested streets.Bridge work is going on at present so dust pollution is there.

This place better known for its safety. Public can go through this area at midnight time also. Police petrolling also there in night time. Public of this area are good and decent. This place also near to market. We can easily go to market by walking. Transportation is also easy there. From there we can get the buses and taxy easily. The bank also nearby the area. we get atm facility withing 200 metre. So these area is overall good for living. Street road are good. Street lights are available. In night time people easily go through roads. This area is within the city. So all the things we get easily. Jamnagar is good city for living. We get the healthy vegitables and fruits because of the villages around the city.which provide and supply the vigitables and fruits demand to the public. We can live in this area freely no one can disturb your private life. So you are allow to live here freely. In khodiyar colony no water shortage. So we can use water as per needs. Low pollution also good factor to live because main road is at a some distance from there. So i like this place much. It is very good for living here.

This area has main negative feedback is bad road of this colony.the condition of road is not much better in khodiyar colony. Road become worst in this area during the monsoon season. In monsoon road become full with water. So it is diffcult to go through roads in monsoon season. Another negative feedback is that parks are not good there. And it is not maintain properly. People of this colony go to other parks which is not nearly to colony. So it is main requirement to make the good park in this area. Without park children can not enable to play mear their homes. And they play on the streets which is dangurous. There is chance of children to collapse with vehicle and get injured. Sometimes there is problem of traffic there because of main road of colony get diversed thorugh this road. Because of this traffic problem happens. This are the some small problem to residential public of their. This problem can be avoided by cleaning the road and street of the colony.

The Shopping Mall And Hospital Within 3.5km.The Railway Station 15mins Away. GROCERY STORE Walking Distance It Is Safe To Go Out. The Roads Are So Clean & Shared Motorcycle, buses ply at regular intervals and private cabs such as Ola and Uber are easily available.

The Negative Point Of This Area Is This Area Is Not Safe In Late Night .And Traffic Is So Much Also Vehicle Produce Air Pollution And Noise Pollution.Also School Are Near By This Road So It Is Disturbing.

I have lived here long enough to tell you that the colony is very good for buying new house and to live life there. Everyone's very helpful and of very kind nature. Environment is blissful too. And everyday need shops are all around here. So, you don't have to go far to buy those things. Roads are well maintained here too. Somewhat of cows and dogs are problem but not that much so you will not get bothered much.

Market is near, and all fast food stalls are near, school is also near all stores are near like electric gadgets and tech gadgets etc

Sometime traffic issue and nothing traffic just at evening because all people have fun at evening and good place at all ok and no

Very disturbing area and water quality very bad , House renting Very high in this area and frequent traffic jams in Area.

There is no metro facility here and there is a lot of pollution due to vehicles, there will not be much space to keep water here.

Public convenience is well maintained, so there is no traffic problem here.Autos and taxis are easily available here, the market is not too far, there is a very big and good high school around, it is a very good place to stay.

THERE ARE LOTS OF SHOPS AND HAD A BIG MARCKET ALSO HO HENCE THERE IS NO DIFFICULTIES IN SHOPPING ANYTHING . IN KHODIYAR COLONY THERE ARE QUITE GOOD ROADWAYS TO TRAVEL AND THERE ARE TOTALLY TRAFFIC-FREE.

There is too much garbage and dirtiness because of shops and street foods. And there is not good environment also because of dust and dirtiness and these are some negetive points .
