    The area has a very good atmosphere, with a small and peaceful population. There are good schools and nearby hospitals, and parking space is available everywhere. Living in the city centre is free from pollution, and land prices are low. With a small population, there are no traffic jams, and there are no water issues as water is available 24/7.
