Looking for End User flat in Gurgaon with limited budgetHi All, I am looking to buy a flat with size near to 1200-1400 SQft 2 BHK or 3BHK if comes in budget. Budget is around 50-60L all inclusive. I am a salaried person and dont have much to give upfront. At max possible is 8L. Also, Can't shell out on EMI untill possession is given because it will become difficult along with paying rent. If flat is kind of ready to move, then no problem in paying EMI. The properties which I see, can come in my budget is 1) Supertech Hill Town, Sohna, Gurgaon 2) Sare Crescent parc, Sector 92, Gurgaon Can you people please help me out in finding the right property with in my budget ? Jaypee Tiara at 9500 psf, is it a good investment?I'm thinking of investing in Jaypee Tiara, but please tell me is 9500/sf for a prelaunch on expressway ok? Also I'm expecting possession by 2019. Can I trust Jaypee?
