Hi Anu ji JMS crosswalk is a good project it's not a big project but the surrounded area of crosswalk is mostly residential so in future you will get good rental income, they have started construction late but now the progress of construction is amazing so just hold the unit till possession surely you will get good return.

Hello, there are better projects available for commercial investment in that area and also other parts of Gurgaon. JMS area might noit attract very good footfall in the near future. There are some projects on main dwarka expressway in the posh sectors like 109/106 where we have premium projects from SHOBHA, RAHEJA, ATS etc. and families have already started living in these areas. Also there are couple of options on SOHNA road area which might reap you better results.Please feel free to contact me for more details.
