The apartment has it's own mart named as Rivera Mart so we do not need to go out to buy anything .They are constructing a temple also. The guards are polite and active and helps in any problem . There is a big room for the meeting related to apartment and when the club house will be constructed then the meeting will take place there. People in that apartment are very kind and helpful . Their are two parks one for small kids and other for big kids , The apartment also contains Rain water harvesting system which will save the water and can be userd for daily purposes like bathing cleaning vegitable etc. The builders of the apartment comes daily in the apartment and ask the people if they have any issue or not . The apartment has a very good ventilation technique . And in all the balkany there are sliders and in the window also their are sliders . I loved this apartment. The apartment building are also earthquake free .

What i like - very good environment and a great place to live. It also has parking facility and It also has Rivera Mart in the society from where we can buy essential items for our basic needs and they have park which contains various slides and swings for children to play. What i dislike - roads are not good. Power cuts occur repeatedly.
