    Hi, I want to know when Jaypee Greens Kube , sector 128 Noida project is getting complete ? I am looking forward to invest here and need some updates ?

    Hi Nausheen, This project is expected to be completed by December 2016. The project is offering 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK units spread across 8 acres of land and is situated in Sector 128 Noida. Sector 132 is adjacent to this sector boasting of a presence of renowned schools such as Delhi Public School and Genesis Global School. Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is at a distance of 15 km from the project. You may face a problem in locating a hospital in and around this sector. J S Hospital is the nearest hospital at a distance of 3 km from the project. However, you can easily locate banks such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Indusland Bank and Andhra Bank at a distance of 4-5 km from the project. This is a good option for investment purpose since this sector is still developing. It will take few more years to fully develop. Moreover, the increasing traffic congestion, high property prices and rising population in the developed sectors of Noida is shifting the buyers preference towards the developing sectors of Noida.
