This is regarding property id above which I initially put on 99 Acres site for sale. I was flooded with calls and offers from property dealers, but was extremely disturbed by their shenanigans since I could never make out who was the prospective property buyer. Quite obviously they were trying for a benami transaction.
I, therefore, decided to enroll in 99 acres Assist Plan when you were nominated Relationship Manager.
Thanks to your screening and efforts, I could discover a genuine buyer and the deal-sale concluded on July 29,2024. A genuine buyer was important for me since my transaction was intended to be transparent without any cash transaction.

We posted our 2.5 bhk on rent in 3,4 renal estate platforms. To my surprise all of them are down with so many glitches and unfriendly user interface and deeply commercial. It was not the case earlier.
Among all of them 99acres is much better. Website allows us edit the flat description and more amenities. Less promotional calls. Whatever few calls received from prospective tenants are from 99acres.

99 acre worked well for us , will give future property to them for post.
