What is the rent of a 3BHK in Indiabulls Centrum Park?
Hi Shobha, renting a 3BHK in Indiabulls Centrum Park would cost you between Rs. 12,000-30 000 per month varying as per the unit layout and furnishing, and additional maintenance would be charged at Rs. 2.5/sq. ft. every month. Please take note that the locality is still in a developing stage and is quite unsafe for commuting particularly during the nights, so ensure to research these issues before renting a property here.

What are the reviews of Indiabulls Centrum Park? Is the locality around developed?
Hi Harsh, Indiabulls Centrum Park is a residential project located in Sector-103 of Gurgaon. The project was launched in 2009, but the possession was delayed by a substantial amount of time and was completed in July 2018. Also, few buyers have raised concern over the developers decision to shift one of the towers [Tower B] to another place without their consent. There is also a sudden hike in prices after few days of signing the agreement letter. Apart from this, the locality is not very developed with no security, civic amenities or hospitals nearby. There is no proper water supply, and residents have to rely on private tankers for the same. However, the authorities have assured to resolve the issue by providing the canal water supply in the locality by Mid-year 2019. Also, with the Dwarka Expressway still not operational and lack of proper infrastructure, it is extremely difficult to commute to Delhi and Gurgaon. Internal roads are also not in a good condition and during rainy seasons, it becomes very difficult to reach this project.
