Looking to put up in Bannerghatta Road. what are the amenities available in the society? Also, tell me about the nearby transportation facilities from the project.
Dear Sahib, Hiranandani Queensgate is a luxury project but, as per my point of view, the builders are demanding higher rates against the amenities which they are providing to their residents. The project is equipped with only basic amenities like 24/7 power backup, waiting lounge, water softener plant, landscape garden, paved compound, multipurpose court, swimming pool, yoga/meditation area and rainwater harvesting facility. To justify the luxury label, the builder could have fitted few more amenities like a badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, lawn tennis court, multipurpose court, squash court, amphitheatre, senior citizen sit out area and much more. The civic and road infra around the society is pretty sturdy. The project is at a distance of 0.5km from the NICE Ring Road and, 10-14km away from MG Road. The nearest metro station-Banashankari is at a proximity of 10km. Furthermore, there few Schools like Podar International School, Ryan International School and Candor International School near the project. You can also find 2 hospitals and institutes near the project. They are, Vijayshree Hospital and RVM Humanitarian Hospital, Indian Institute of Management and Christ University.

Hi Vikram, I am also an IT professional, from last 2 months I am researching on the same project. As per my research, rather than investing in under construction project, purchasing a ready-to-move-in property is a more viable option now, because an additional 12% GST would be levied on the former. I would suggest that you opt for a ready home in Bannerghatta road as the locality has seen a 30% growth. As of now, I am personally dropping the idea to invest in this project. And planning to invest in Wisteria at Brigade Meadows or Aswani AaeeshaPremier. In case, you are inclined towards Hiranandani Queensgate, you can have a word with the local broker to get a clear idea about the growth prospects.
