Future PrideI have been working since long in Mumbai and now plan to own an apartment here. I would like to know the area on which the project is built, features of the proejct, no. of blocks and whether is is high or low rise? is it legally approved?
Hi, Ajit, key features of Future Pride include earthquake resistant, piped gas, waste disposal facility, special provision for visitor parking, vastu-friendly structure, lifts etc. On the other hand, it is legally approved by CIDCO and for loan requirements, you must approach the leading banks. The neighbourhood of this project is quite end-user friendly as it is located in the main market which makes it easily reachable to banks, ATMs, restaurants, schools and Kharghar railway station. Due to its location, one can easily garner a good rental income as well.
