Me and my wife we both are working in Wipro and we are looking for a 2BHK flat in Arekere. Want to know the rent of a 2BHK flat here? Hows the drainage and power backup system here?
Hi Akshay, located along with Bannerghatta Main Road, the project has 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. As per your preference, you can get a 2BHK apartment on rent for around Rs 25,000 per month which also include Ra 4,000 maintenance charges. Also, you have to pay a refundable security deposit of around Rs 1.6 lakh. Further, there seems to be no seepage as well as power back issues in this project. There is no dearth of social utilities like malls, hospitals, markets, schools and banks. Some of the popular ones include Big Bazaar, Yelachenahalli metro station, Mathru Nursing Home, Aces Mangolia Maruti Public School, Wild Spice-Fm Karipa Bhavan and State Bank Of India. Overall, it is a good, safe and livable project.

Mr. Rathi, Esteem Enclave is located in Arekere which is a residential area on Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore. Bannerghatta Road passes through this area which connects to NICE Ring Road from one end and from other end to main Bangalore. Also, owing to NICE Ring Road this area gets a sound road connectivity to Electronic City. There are many companies in Electronic City due to which this area attracts a lot of working professionals. For travelling to other areas of the city, roads are good and wide. Overall, it is a good, safe and livable area. In terms of social infrastructure, the region has a number of schools, medical facilities, shops, hospitals and entertainment zones. Some of the popular ones located within 5-6 km include Yelachenahalli metro station, Apollo Hospital, Whitefield Global School, Gopalan Innovation Mall, Total Mall, Cinepolis Multiplex, ICICI Bank and Kabab Magic, among others.
