    Hi Kamal, since Embassy Boulevard is close to completion, there are chances that the capital rates may see an upward tre

    nd. However, the appreciation will not be very significant as the project comes under the ultra-luxury category. Due to limited buyer base, projects under this category are only considered best for end-use and not for investment. Even if you look at the location of this project i.e. Hunasamaranahalli, the area is basically a village and not witnessing any major infra development that prove to be a major growth driver. Instead if you go a bit far from this area [i.e. around 8-9 km.] and explore Yelahanka, that could be a far better choice since the region is already witnessing rapid development and lies in proximity to Kempegowda Internatonal Airport. Proposed projects like ITIR [Information Technology Investment Region] and commuter rail are expected to boost property rates in Yelahanka in the coming time. Namma Metro Phase 3 also will include a line running between Carmelaram and Yelahanka. Once that metro line gets completed, I think the region will see improvement not only in terms of connectivity but also in terms of property demand.
