Mr. Kumar, Emaar MGF Palm Hills is located in Sector 77 which is a developing residential area located on NH8. The property prices here are relatively economical than other developed sectors like 50, 51, 55 etc. It serves an ideal destination for those who are seeking accommodation out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Moreover, it is quite close to Manesar that hosts office space of several companies, and if your office is also located there, it will be an ideal location for you. Civic utilities like schools, hospitals, banks are situated in proximity, and some of them are popularly known as Broadways International School, INXT City centre, etc. The Southern Peripheral highway and NH48 provide direct access to neighbouring areas like sector 83, 76 and 84 along with National capital Delhi. However, the availability of public transport is still a major concern for the occupants, but the proposed metro corridor of Manesar will outshine such problems once it gets completed. Also, for those who are working in the cyber city, they can easily reach the society via highway, and it hardly takes 15 mins from there.
