Emaar Imperial Gardensis located in a rapidly developing location of Gurgaon, i.e. Sector-102 which is a prominent locality along Dwarka Expressway. Once the Haryana portion of Dwarka Expressway becomes operational, commuters shall experience seamless connectivity between Delhi and Gurgaon, and to the IGI Airport. The elevated service roads connecting the expressway and underpass are expected to make commutation more convenient from here. It is even well-connected with IMT Manesar and Cyber City. There is a proposed metro line beginning from HUDA City Centre till Moulsar Avenue via Hero Honda Chowk which will make connectivity even better. However, if we talk about the present scenario, then approach roads are not well-lit and safe at night. Moreover, residents of the society face acute water shortage at times, as private tanker mafia damage the societys pipeline so that they can force residents to call water tankers.
