Dr AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad

I have been staying in this locality for 1 year. Everything is good, and public transport is good. The frequency of buses is good.. no power cuts till now.. most of the malls are near this locality only.. like chennai shopping, KLM, etc .. good number of hospitals are nearby only.. well-maintained parks are located.. vegetable markets are nearby.. weekly once they keep. good

The main problem is that the metro is not there. The Water quality is not good. A RO purifier is mandatory. In summer, there are water problems in some areas. Sometimes, the cab connection is low. Most of the roads are good, but some are not maintained well. The nightlife is not so good. You won't find good food after 12 a.m., although it's a good Neighborhood. There is no compliance as of now.

The surroundings are clean and neat and eco friendly.u will find a lot of food places , cafes,buffet. A lot of hospitals are also easily available. It is a major commercial and residential neighborhood of Hyderabad and many TSRTC buses operate from the area and nearest local train station -rk puram railway and this place is a shoppers paradise and it's a municipal corporation and shopping malls and supermarkets many availability is there for needs and we can get our any daily like needs and pet friendly area

Drainage leakage and water shortage, traffic jams and in some area road is in bad condition and many street dogs are there and when in rains power cuts frequently and pollution too

The apartments are clean and neat, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Hygiene is a notable feature here, and while public transport is average, occasional traffic jams can occur.

While I'm in this place, I feel disappointed about a few things. One of the major things is the power cut, and the other is the frequent water shortage.

Good travelling facilities..All stationary shops are near to go.. Good community's.. Safety to go out at night.... Shopping malls, bank ATMs, grocery stores are available by near distance..

Heavily traffic jams and causes more pollution...low hygiene... street dogs are more..Most rushed people area.. Environment is more polluted...Low maintenance of cleaning the roads ...lack of street light.. visiting places are not more..

There is good public transport, easy cab services like Uber etc and auto availability. Roads are wide enough, well maintained. Generally there are no power cuts and ample street lights. Less crime rate, police station is also nearer. Good schools and colleges are nearby. Nice area to stay, pleasant atmosphere and low pollution. Parks are available, greenary is all around.

Generally traffic will be more at the peak hours, which causes lot of pollution. Constructions take place a lot in this area. Police patrolling is less, dogs are more in the streets. Internal roads are not proper, potholes is also a issue. On weekdays there will be vegetable market on the street, which causes traffic. Commercially this area is developing a lot, so there is every possibility of pollution increase.

HOSPITALS AND BANKS ARE WITHIN WALK IN DISTANCE..ATM CENTRES ARE AVAILABLE. AUTO FACILITY ALWAYS AVAILABLE. TIFFINS AND CURRYS POINT & MEDICAL SHOPS AVAILABLE AT NEARLY. CELLPHONES SHOPS ARE HERE. SOME WATER PROBLEM RAISE AT SUMMER SEASON. MINERAL WATER PLANT ALSO NEAR. WATERCANS. RECENTLY ROADS ARE DEVELOPED BY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION. LOW POLLUTUION....PEACEFULL AREA FOR WHO LOVE PRIVACY.

THERE IS HUGE TRAFFIC DURING PEAK HOURS. BUT ROADS ARE BETTER THAN PAST DAYS.GOOD. CITY BUS FACILITY SHOULD NOT FULLY COVER INNER STREETS. SOME WATER PROBLEM.. BUT MINERAL WATER CANS AVAILABLE. PETROL BUNK IS NOT THERE NEARLY. SOME DISTANCE.

Positive- It is a very good locality with a lot of schools, shopping malls, hospitals and parks within 5 km range. Once can get an easy access to all he needs. Commutation is easy as there are a lot of share autos and bus stops and yeah there is also a bus depot too.A safe place. To reach out for your favourite delicacy there are a lot of good restaurants too.It is a fully developed area. Branded shops close to your door steps. Even theaters are near to the houses. Negative - Traffic is a bit much from noon to night. There is a lot of power cut and frequent power fluctuations. The rent is too high so it's a bit difficult to get a flat or a room for an affordable price. Drinking water is also a problem in that area. It is even very far from the main part of the city i.e ifnyou want to go to secunderabad railway station or paradise, it is around 13 km.
