    What is the price of a 4 BHK in DLF The Primus. I am planning to live with my wife and kids. Please assist if there are any amenities for kids in this project.

    The amenities and facilities along with a Clubhouse where some good Indoor games like squash, Carom, Chess, Table tennis, Childrens Play Area and the Dedicated,Swimming Pool, Multi-Purpose Halls, Sports Club, Meditation/Spa/Yoga Space

    Has DLF The primus delivered now? What is the price for a 3BHK apartment here? Is it good for end-use?

    Raveena ji, Dlf The Primus is located in sector 82 A and is one of the developing residential zones in Gurgaon. It is situated on the intersection of two eight lane expressways - NH8 and a proposed one which will connect Gurgaon to North West Delhi. The main USP of owning a property here is its direct connectivity to Delhi via Dwarka Expressway which is currently under construction but according to the news reports, it will be ready in another 18-20 months. The projects work got delayed because of land acquisition problem but now it has been resolved. The famous IFFCO Chowk and metro station over there is just 10 minutes drive away. Right now, the availability of public transport in the region is not very good but if you own a vehicle, there is no issue as such. In fact, civic utilities such as schools, hospitals, local markets, etc. are located in proximity and some of them are Yaduvanshi school, Priyanka super mart, ICICI bank, Vatika town square, among others.
