    What is the best price for a 3 BHK rental apartment in DLF Regal Gardens? Is it a safe society for residents?

    Is there any shopping centre inside or in proximity to DLF Regal Gardens? Also, I would like to know whether Sec 90 is a fully developed area or not.

    Hi Ramneet, there isnt any shopping complex within DLF Regal Gardens. Also, I would like to mention here that Sec 90 is a developing area. Mostly residential projects here are under-construction and the occupancy rate of this area is quite low. Facilities like schools, banks, hospitals, malls, and supermarkets are present at a distance of more than 5 km. For connectivity, the area is located off the IMT Road and Northern Peripheral Road. Having said that, the frequency of public transport such as buses and auto-rickshaws is on a lower side. So, keep in mind these factors in mind and go for a site visit before finalizing the purchase decision.
