    Is DLF New Town Heights 1 a good project for investment purpose? Please opine

    Jaydeep, as you know that Sector 90 is a developing residential node of Gurgaon and has the potential to become one of the sought after residential localities in future. The proposed infrastructure plans like Cyber City Park, 8 screen PVR, metro extension from Gurgaon, and a galleria market are currently in the pipeline which will enhance the liveability index of this region in the upcoming years. Currently, property prices here are going around Rs 3,900 per sq ft and have marked a marginal appreciation of 1 percent in the last year. Also, as per the property experts, there are very less chances of appreciation in future. In case you want to bag short-term returns from the property, you can expect rental yields up to Rs 20,000-25,000 easily for a semi-furnished 4BHK flat.
