    I have a property at Asansol which is marketed by N.K.Realtors and the builder is SUGAM GROUP Kolkata. It is 1230 Sq. Ft flat , south east facing with covered garage. It is now being sold @1830 per sq.ft. Covered garage is 2.5 lakhs. I want 2 bed room flat at rajarhat . Is it possible?
    I have not got possession as yet. it may be given within October 2013.

    When did you book it? If it is more than 3 years now, you can sale it and purchase in Rajarhan. In this way you would not be liable to pay short term gain tax.
