Central big park within the society complex. Only 15 -20 minutes drive from T3 Delhi Airport ( Indra Gandhi airport). Many kid's schools and institutes nearby. Also near by JNU campus to drive 20 minutes . IIT Delhi also be 15-20 minutes drive from society. prime locations. Peaceful society complex. HIG flat are nicely architecture view. Good for families residence. Basement parking and spacious ground available in the society complex. good connectivity with public transport also. All time available auto rickshaws out of the gate. Fully safe Nd well mannered security guard . Also rain Water harvesting functionals. Nice place to live with family members. Overall say good society.

Huge complex with parks for children and family. Underground parking available for residents. Well maintained roads with good security. Location is very close to Delhi airport, just 15-20 mins drive to nearby T3. Flats are constructed well too, looks solid. Residents who are non-tenants are very friendly and relatively close knit.

I love this society as it is one of the best apartments by DDA its very spacious with big central park, basement parking, rain water harvesting and well security by all side boundaries and security guards.These are new government flats funded by delhi government, With 02 and 03 bhk flats available in around 1.20 crore to 1.5 crore. Also loved that it is very near to the airport just 1 km away.

there is no problem of water or electricity. Total power cut in 1 year is not more than 30minutes. While Water is available every minute and second, it is mostly from borewell. The security is good

The best points of DDA Vasant Kunj are: 1. Construction quality is very strong with thick pillars supporting the whole solid structure. 2. Water & Electricity doesn't get any complaint. 3. Good connectivity of buses, autos, taxis etc. 4. Nearest police station is also not very far. 5. The parks & green areas inside the campus is well maintained.

There are best infrastructure in this society and construction work is too good . If we talk about security so it's comes under CCTV surveillance 24×7. Many guards are there and parking facility is also available overall it's good ...

Parks are fully equipped with gym things and very safe region around the society. Amenities are quite good if we talk about these flats but overall it's good.You can conveniently go for these DDA flats without any hesitation.

My experience is very good the level of safety is so good ,the view from the society is very beautiful and lovely is like to heaven.

The construction of the society is good and their are more then 2 to 3 children school in our this area.

I love this society and the construction. The parking slot is very good, and the people nearby are so friendly.
