    Positives
    This society is very peaceful and beautiful. A very harmonious environment. This place has many parks which are well maintained with public gyms. We generally do not face issues with the running water. No power cuts are seen. All the household items are easily available. Metro connectivity is via shastri nagar (red line). Metro station is at walking distance.

    We are residing in DDA flats Gulabi bagh, and our flats are very organised and well maintained, we are having a gated society with 02guards with 12hrs shift each, there is monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1900.00 per flat, water comes in morning and evening for 01hour each and power back up is there but the normal electricity that is TATA power DDl is also fine and yes flats are available on rent also with a charge of Rs 12000.00 per month and Rs 30000.00 security

    Safety and security is extremely good, basic amanties are good rental options is also here, CCTV cameras, market areas like kamla nagar, Karol Bagh, sadar bazar, Ashok vihar near by due to it's central location. Connectivity is also good Metro Station near by isbt Railway Station both Old Delhi and New Delhi progressive future.
