DD Nagar, Gwalior

It's classy having a property in DD nagar. and rate hike of the property is good within some time. i had a house 2 floors and with the pleasant atmosphere.

Not much there is too much noise caused by vehicles I am having little trouble about the locality. where people are not so good in cleanness.

In this area the parks and school are nearby and the hospitals are also there in 1.5 km radius. There is enough parks for the children's to play and the public transport like cng auto and city bus is also available the police is also active in the area.

The crimes that happen is very bad about this area the places are not that clean and the roads are not that much proper these are broken in between and the roads are always in under construction

There are lots of shops available in the area for everything like groceries, hardwares within walking distance.Many coaching centres available within 10 km. Eassy cab/auto available to travel from here,and also very good public transport services available. Schools and colleges also available within 10-15 km. Petrol pumps also available. All medical facilities and hospitals available with proper care within 20 km. Many parks and gardens available for children's, adults and old peoples with proper security services. Security services are also very good in this area.

Roads are not well-maintained due to which traffic jam also happens and drainage systems are very poor. Sometimes water shortages also happens in this area.

This society is now developed much than earlier. Now the roads are constructed well and hygiene is also neat and clean also there are many coaching centres are there in dd nagar and also schools. Everything js closer and easily available now this lo ation is become popular as every facility is available now but only thing is every thing price is raising every single day. Although society is very well developed.

There is good transport services but not enough parking spaces and we have to give charge at every parking side and now charge is rise to 20rs.and there is very huge traffic at both night and day time at gole ka mandir side or people are doing rash driving. And the population is growing every single day. So this place become crowded and also night time not safe for girls.

National Highway, Local market, vegetable shops, grocery stores, gyms are all within the range of 2-4 kms. This area is best for students because colleges like Prestige and Amity University are also very near to this area. Also, students can easily get PGs,rooms and flats at a very affordable price. D.D. Nagar has also got 2 police stations within 5km. One can also find hospitals at a certain distance. Great benefit is one may easily find auto for his/her travelling.

There is sometimes huge traffic jams in this area, which causes a lot of pollution and disturbance. There are no proper footpaths,traffic lights, also the roads are covered with pot holes. People here don't obey the traffic rules. The area is very unhygienic because people dump waste here in an improper manner. Malls and Railway station se approximately 9 kms far from this area. It may take long to find can services (OLA) because this area is on the outskirts of gwalior.

Actually a good location for a basic living and for college students or a small family and good park location like Dussehra ground and some small parks in other societies easy to access and good types of roads in most of the areas and there are many types of mega Mart so easy to shopping and and a lots of street foods available here and good place to hangout for enjoy the evening with a great park and mountain places.

A very major issue of water supply and roads are not properly build at major locations and lots of dust are spreads on the roads which creates unhygienic travel and there are many open sewage area which which are very unhygienic.

DD nagar is one of the largest colony which is situated in Gwalior. It's nearby localities are Birla nagar and Morar. Birla Hospital is just 0.5km away from colony, the airport are under 3km range and vidya bhavan school, Greenwood public school Delhi public academy, Madhav institute of technology and science, Vikrant group of institutions all of these are under 3km range. There are also some parks which is under 3km range where you can visit such as Dussehra maidan, Ashoka park, Ganesh park, Dev park, Glory villa park. All parks are well constructed and designed for the kids as well as for their parents. So if someone wants to go for a walk then they are free to go there. Grocery shops are available in just walking distance. There is Kasana Complex, Raj market, kothari market, Chawla market dileep. All of these are available under 740m range. Transport services such as autos and buses are available as well as private cabs such as ola and uber are easily available.

In DD Nagar, Gwalior, footpaths are not well constructed. There is always issue of sewage block and the sewage water is running on the road. The internal roads contain potholes which is a major problem in this colony. The water quality is also poor. The supply of water is not that good in this area. Pollution is always seemed a major problem. Because of the construction work going on it really affects the environment and contains pollution. The colony is constructed on the side of road so there is also a huge traffic problem going on during the working hours which can cause noise pollution as well as air pollution. It is a domestic area. At night it is not safe for the children and their parents to walk alone because there are some robbers which are walked on the streets for stealing and creating violence in the colony.

Our colony is full of security handled and well maintained.. The parks are well maintained and beautifull. Grocery shops are at walking distance . Good schools are nearby such as kendriya vidyalaya etc. Railway station and bus stand is in 8 km distance. And the airport is in 4 km distance .24/7 electricity supply .

Mainly the voltage issue is there mostly the voltage is up and down . And also the pollution problem is there by the vehicles and the public transport . Water supply is 4 days in a week . The electricity rent here is high. Exepnsive thing and dust pollution is major issue not safe in afternoon.

Railway station are near to this colony and shopping malls are also walking distance from this colony and government hospital are also near to this colony and some private hospital are also near to this colony which are 24 hours available for any type of emergency and some hotels are also available in this colony power supply are also well maintained many grocery stores also also walking distance in this colony there are one park for playing ola and uber also available in this colony people of this colony are educated so no problem to communicate in another language water supply well maintained and sewage water treatment system are also well maintained bank also near to this colony good schools are also near to this colony

There is not a private parking system in this colony and there is no swimming pool in this colony and no separate park for children in this colony and in rainy season power cut sometimes in this colony and some roads have in maintaining condition so sounds pollution are created by the machineries and this colony is under construction so noise pollution and air pollution are also face in this colony and road sides lights are not well maintained sometimes they didn't work properly and there no nearby 5 star hotel to stay and some time internet connection are also not good this colony is not safe for night walking and the security system also not good

A lot of shops and most have sprung up and have given the city in new fell. For some upscale shopping experience now you have the Dainik Bhaskar Mall alongside the older DD Mall.food stalls near achaleshwar temple are still going strong you can get nice dosa pulao and chhole bhature at inexpensive price. there are so many engineering colleges, medical and dental College are also here.the city is not too big but yet there are many places to visit. people there are very friendly and helpful usually but if it is not your day boss you will find the worst people here. The street food is really tasty and cheap the Gwalior trade fair is really famous and attracts many visitors

the City goes to sleep around 11 to 12 you are not supposed to be out after that if you are a girl. pollution is the saddest thing. road are good in new place but the old ones doesn't seem to have anything like a road. There is no light on street and no plant and tree on street. No foothpath near side road for public. There is few public transport facility in my area.so many people are not follow traffic rules. There is very poor water facility.garabge van are not coming in many areas only in selected area garbage van is coming.there are so many factories in gwalior which pollute the environment.
