The dammaiguda is very developing city and it has so many good and great facilities like it has many transport facilities and hospital facilities and it has much cab facilities and good schools and colleges are located in this area and markets are avialable in this area and there is no powercuts in this area and this area is safe at night and in this area parks are maintained.

This area has lot of traffic issues and it has a lack of street light issues and this area is not hygenic and frequent water shortage area and markets are far from this location and it is a non metro politian city and in this area there is a high pollution area and a lot of public were living in this area and this is not a peaceful place to live in this area this area had lot of sound pollution .

Disappointed with the small roads and some of the area near lakes homes are down to the lake. It's a heavy rain flood will come. And no metro connetivity

Each and every store available here. Like shopping malls are within 5 Kms and hospitals are within a kilometre.This is a developing area and has a good source of water and electricity (24 Hours). Government services are good in this area.Many hotels are within a kilometre.Two intermediate colleges and many schools are within 2 kilometres.

The only negative thing about this area is, no metro service within 7-8 kilometres. And this area is not as secure as high class areas.People live here are disgusting as hell. There is no proper care of GHMC services.The land cost comparatively less with other areas.

Grocery stores are within walking distance. It is completely safe to walk around during nights because of well lit streets. Surroundings are calm and peaceful. No water problem. No power-cuts. Less traffic on the roads. Easy availability of auto/cab. Hospitals are nearby following good hygiene measures. Many houses are being built for lease. Locality is developing as a whole.

There are not many negatives compared to the positives. The only negative could be is that the locality is close to a dump yard nearby. And we get A weird smell sometimes when we open the doors and windows. People are working on that issue. Other than that i couldn't find anymore negatives. It's a good locality to live overall.

For sure, one of the most developing areas in the city of Hyderabad is Dammaiguda. As compared to the last 3-4 years, the area has seen a boom in development. Lots of cafes were built, good connectivity via city buses and availability of grocery stores, children's play parks began to see an increase, and the area has become one of the most popular destinations in the city of Hyderabad.

The water quality of this dammaiguda area has been a major concern as this area's water has high fluoride, which causes frequent blockage of water in taps and also a foul smell coming from the dumpyard sometimes in the evening due to heavy winds or rain. Other than these, it's a perfect place to live.

Positive- It's the peaceful area,we can't find any disturbances from society.It takes 10-15mins to reach malls which is near to this locality.It is developing in slow pace,i think it takes another 5-10yrs to develop as a proper municipal corporation.we can ride to ORR with in 10km range it so close this. Negative- if we live beside the roadways we hear a lot of noise and there will be dust pollution into the house from morning to evening.It doesn't has proper community to develop the locality and barely no one there to take the feedback from the people.The availability of public transport is adequate

dammaiguda is a very fast developing area. the area is very well maintained and people are friendly. Most of the daily need facilities are easily available. Cabs are easily available at day times. quality of life is good. adequate parking facilities available. Supermarkets and local shops are easily available.

There is no sufficient water supply in this area and sometimes powercuts occur frequently.The nights arent safe in this area and should be avoided.the area has many mosquitos and other insects. the drainage is not covered and regularly maintained.The area doesnt have enough CCTV cameras and police patrolings.

Positive - locality is ambient and peaceful,no heavy pollution or traffic , supermarket and street vendors are easily available and transport is also available easily.recommed for people who like to live in peaceful areas. temples are easy to find.Connected with a place that is main bus station and can be used to travel mostly anywhere.adequate amount of kirana(general shops)shops. cost of living is less than city average. many banks and atms available in this area Negative - lack of proper roads and sometimes street lights,lack of drinking water in some areas,no metro available nearby,some areas are not safe at night. transport is not available at night. lack of good 5 star restaurants.some areas are not welly connected to the main road. buses are heavily congested. confusing roads and not so accurate way shown in the google maps.
