Vanshi Krisha HeightsI am willing to make an investment in Dwarka L Zone. Please tell me about the pros and cons of the same. Also mention about the current price trends in Vanshi Krishna Heights.
@Akshay ji, the sluggish property market has stunted growth prospects across major parts of the country and the story is no different in L Zone. Property prices in Vanshi Krishna Heights witnessed a downward trend of over five per cent, dropping to Rs 2,600 per sq ft in Apr-Jun 2016 from Rs 2,750 per sq ft in the same period a year ago. As Chetan mentioned, I would still advice you to wait a little more to get a clear picture of the L Zone. Also, keep in mind that if you invest in a property in L Zone, you are unlikely to accrue profits for at least the next 5-8 years. You must have a long-term horizon for an investment here.
