Best society best facility best roads and area and nearby shops and malls narket best all best ,A city with so many places to visit I thought it would take me 2 days to complete my list but I was able to finish everything in 1 day all the places are nearby and the auto

But drinking shop nearby ,nice multilevel shopping center bang in the middle of city tricky approach drive in and exit roads but once inside parking and into shopping malls area

It is situated in the middle of Gwalior, it has SP office nearby, there are many banks here, which makes this place good. The good thing here is that there is a pay mall and showroom here, there is a bus stand nearby and there is a hospital nearby and there is Jiwaji University near this place and this area is very good and the street food here very good this area is very neat and clean there are pvr or cinema which make this place very nice

There is very less police here at night and the street lights are off here even after having an SP office, there is a lot of pollution here, the crime rate here is very high, there is a lot of noise here. There is no parking facility here, here the car gets stolen if you park it on the side, there is a lot of jam here, there is no traffic police here, there is no park to roam here.a lot of light goes in here

City centre is one of the best areas of Gwalior If you want to live in Gwalior with decency. Then you should try to live in the City centre area of Gwalior it is basically the main area of Gwalior you will get everything nearby of it take hardly 5 minutes to reach railway station or any sort of mall present in Gwalior have very good environment nearby it and availability of every coaching institute like Akash Alan coaching institute had lots of park here it's a good idea to have property here

Here you will get many times traffic. High rate of pollution and very populated area the property prices are too much here

I like the people of the society their nature is very good i like them secondly I like the greenery or some beautiful shaped plants. All the important shops are nearby to the society so it's a positive point and their is no traffic jam nearby i am happy with that because I am going to office daily and I can't see any traffic jam so I am happy with that

One thing which disappoint me is there water problem in the society and this is not only problem of society but also the problem of city. Water are coming to alternate day and my city has no metro connectivity which really disappoints me and their is parking issue in every place in my society and and pollution problem is biggest problem in the city

Railway station is really near, Bus stand is also near All the famous showrooms are almost in there city centre and vishla mega mart branch is nearby also well connected with public transport. Not very far from hospital near achleshwar temple kalyan hospital is there and birla hospital is also nearby (4-5km) so well connected with everything. Posh locality.

Not enough trees are there it's really gets much heated outside during summers, roads are of good quality so people generally overspeed and traffic police is not there. Main road is clean enough while inside there are not much cleanliness. Lot of office are nearby so in rush hours so many people are there. Rest everything is good there as per my knowledge.

City Center is the fastest growing locality in Gwalior. City Center is a great place if someone wants to have a calm and peaceful life with less pollution and is also connected to the market at a very small walkable distance, with well developed and maintained roads and an easy auto availability or ola or uber whichever the person needs, with electricity round the clock and police patrolling the area occasionally to ensure security to the people living there. It also has 2-3 well-known hospitals nearby and is also 2 minutes away from the bus and the railway station. It also has some great schools nearby at a walkable distance. Its also home to top civil servants and bureaucrats who all live in big lush green area. Sometimes in the early morning, even the sound of peacock is audible with the great fort easily seen from the top of the house, it's indeed one of the best places one can imagine to live.

Though living here has a lot of advantages but still, nothing is 100% perfect. Due to the increase in the number of people in the locality, there is not enough place for parking vehicles and there is not a big garden where people can recreate. During the summer season, there is also a shortage of water supply which sometimes creates problem, also there has been cases of robbery in the neighbourhood in the past couple of years. Due to the extreme compactness of the houses sometimes one can smell the foul smell coming from the other house. Street dogs also create havoc on the walking pedestrians although this area contains less pollution than other areas but sometimes during peak hours air may get polluted causing difficulty in breathing and sometimes the garbage collecting truck doesn't show up for a couple of days which may cause some problem but overall it's still pretty above average than the rest.

it is a good place for living place in gwalior. All luxury hotels are on this place or near to this place.Most of the shopping mall are near to this place .railway station and bus stand are 2 km away from this place. Most of financial institution offices are in this place .All the dealer related to motor car bike near to this place . Jiwaji university is near to this place . This place is a business hub of gwalior.

if i m really talk about in this place there is no negatives . Property rate in place is higher . Low income person can not survive easily.this place is good for high class person . House rent is also higher of this place,

Top coaching centers are situated here so it's a good place for a student. Shopping malls and grocery shops are at a walking distance away. Roads are well built, you won't find any ditches or cracks. The air quality I also good because of all the trees planted here and because of this you experience less heat in summers. Good transport system available.

At late hours traffic jams are common and you can get stuck there for a while. There are less houses due to all the big buildings and coaching institutes. The education is also a bit expensive for an average family. Small shops are very rare here. There are very few parks or places to enjoy.
