    sed to hand over the possession by September 2016. The project is constructed by CHD Developers which has completed its project in sector 45 and 71 Gurgaon and one in Chatikara in Vrindavan. This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments and is spread across 13 acres of land. The metro and road connectivity in this locality is not good and the social infrastructure is also not suitable for a living. Popular landmarks such as Vardhman Medicare, Maurya School and Khopcha 56 are situated within a distance of 5 km from the project.
