Chhatarpur is a great location with a metro station within walking distance and the beautiful Chhatarpur Temple nearby. It is close to the largest market, Dhan Mill, and DLF Farmhouses. The nearest hospital is Nanda Hospital on 100 Foota Road. There are many restaurants available in Chhatarpur, such as Domino's, Haldiram's, Subway, and Vishal Mega Mart Mall, and a 24/7 convenience store is also available.

I am the resident of Birla Farm A1 Block of Chhattarpur Extension which is near Tivoli Garden and talking regarding the benefits to reside in this society. First of all public transport facility is very much excellent as very cheap and effective e-rickshawa and auto are available near to the colony. Also, metro is available within 1 kilometer distance from this colony which is also very convenient and effective way of transportation. Also, roads in the colony are very much wide enough since if two vehicles are standing on the two sides of the road then third one will easily pass between the two. Electricity facility is very much fantastic in the colony because electricity is divided phase wise to various homes by lane wise. Water facilities are very much fantastic as personal boring is available for the colony. Also, another water facility provided which is called Sonia Vihar Pipeline which will fulfill the requirements of water of the colony. These are some merits of the colony which will decide this place great to reside as it provides easy lifestyle for the middle class families.

Being a resident of the Birla Farm Chhattarpur Extension I am providing my insights on the negatives of the colony. One major negative is traffic jam nearby the colony.Since traffic is a major mess nowadays in the metro cities, Delhi is also affected by this. On the weekends this traffic problem increases more as compared to the weekdays. Another problem is less greenery because now very less vacant plots are left in the colony which consists of trees. Also, trees in number are also very low in the colony because there is no space as no planning is made to fix this problem. Safety and security is also another major concern because no security is provided by the society committee and no measures are carried to fix this problem also. So, we can conclude that these are some problems which we will face while residing in this colony. Hence, it depends upon the buyer whether they decide to reside here or not.

I've been grown up living here,Talking about connectivity and commute then it's a very good locality there are no any issue's related to commute are travel means are available here, There is metro in like 2 minutes of walking distance,buse stand, auto and e rikshow etc. lifestyle facilities are available here like big markets, gyms,big hotels and restaurants,there is very famous tample called chatterpur mandir which gets filled in naveratris even normal days also. There are no water shortage issue,roads are well maintained,there are govt and private school in this area, There are enough and well maintained parks for kids. so no issues such and lifestyle facilities. For safety and security there are cctv cameras installed by our delhi govt to insure safety of the residents, and also there are very rare crime have been reported, there is nearby Mehruli police station, and they frequently gives visit here for regular patrolling at night which make safe for people and women to go out at night. Roads are well maintained,so environment is good it's a very big locality and so many people lives here so no issues related environment.

Clean & hygiene is a issue is there as there is no good facility of maintained waste there is a place every people through there waste and pilastics waste food but there is no one to manage which make area nearby that kudadan very stinki and it's smell very bad and it's also a bad for people living nearby as it's all the locals dogs and pigs and cows lives there which can spreads series diseases. One more is they don't have proper water drainage system, in the rainy season all the roads near chatterpur crossing gets filled with water, and it is very annoying to travel in this locality during rainy season and rainy days.

Overall the society is good.All kind of transportation are available here, Auto takes only ₹10-20 to drop you at metro, Bus service is also good,Lifestyle of people is average, But the roads are not on good shape as they are filled with waters all the time, people throw too much water on the road, so the rooad looks very dirty But now they are making roads clean but it takes time don't know how much They are working on Draining system right now, and also making new roads Also population of Society is also increasing rapidly Overall the society is good but water on roads are biggest issue of Chattarpur

It is a very great place for anyone who is working in central hubs like gurugram and looking for a place that is affordable and is withing a good travel distance (it only takes 25 minutes to get to gurugram). There are a lot of great schools near. And there are hardly any power cuts. The societies in Chattarpur are also well built and secure.

The municipal office in Chattarpur is a bit lax in its workings. So construction work of any sorts like road maintenance and gas pipeline setups are a bit slower. There are also a lot of traffic jams in the evenings that stretch out for long distances. Some parts of the locality are overcrowded and have smaller roads for travel.

Well connected with the transport. Metro is available within 1 kilometer distance. Vegetable market is at near the foot. People are also local and place is also secured. Electricity and water facilities are also good. Roads of the colony are very wide and opened up. With two vehicles on the two sides of the road third vehicle will cross between the two vehicles.

Traffic problem is very large. But this problem is arising day by day everywhere. During peek hours, in the colony this is not a problem but outside the colony on the main road this traffic problem is increased up very large. Parking problem is sometimes a mess on Sundays and on some Saturdays. Only some plots are available to park the vehicles otherwise all vehicles will park on the road.

Good drinking water and fewer traffic jams The metro connection is very good Schools are nearby conditions are better, and safety good at night times and hospitals are nearby, and police patrolling is good

Poor roads connection when the emergency time it's very bad and vegetable market is far away And at night, times Street lights are not working, and power cuts are there and less pollution, and unhygienic fast food is there

I like everything about this place there Connectivity Is Very Good For people because the Park, Hospital, Govt. & Private School, Shopping Complex, Chhattarpur Temple Vegetable Market, Bus stand, Metro Station Community Centre and All Banks etc every thing is in walking distance.

There is not enough parking space, street are not well maintained, road have mostly time traffic and pollution. There is also enough Greenery.

This is a good place and road garden club security doors in the galis ploice watchman MCD govt sweeper all are okay also the health and education facilities like school and hospital is the best here i love this place all are okay

The negative is like in rainy season water came out throw canal ir ciber and here is some forest which is so dirty and so.e colonies near which is worst uncivilised people live there that the problem otherwise all is good not any problem at all

Poor road no pollicing high pollution not good parks heavy viechels hornking nearby houses houses are damage to water supply
