Please provide me the list of approved banks which are offering home loan facility for this project. My in hand salary is Rs 1 lakh. How much home loan can I get for buying a property here? How is the electricity supply in this project? Any seepage issue as of now?
Hi Ramya, Ceebros One 74 is a ready to move project. Currently, there is only 1 bank which is offering home loan facility for this project i.e. State Bank of India. As per the rule, you can apply for a loan amount 60 times your in-hand salary. But, the loan depends on various important factors such as your monthly expenditure, your current liabilities, your relation with the bank, etc. So, after submitting your papers they will sanction an amount you are eligible for after analysing your financial ability to repay the loan. So, I would advise you to visit the nearest bank to know how much loan you can apply against your monthly salary. Electricity supply is fine here. Generators are installed to provide 100% backup for each apartment in case power failure occurs. As this a new project which was completed in Dec 2017, there should not be any seepage issues as of now. However, I would suggest you to talk to some of the residents of this project to figure if any such issue pertains here or not.

I have shortlisted 2 projects for investment: Ceebros One 74 and Chettinad Rani Meyyammai Towers but I am not able to figure out the better option amongst the two. Is there anyone who could suggest me? Thanks
Hi Prabhat, both of these are ready to move in projects. Ceebros One 47 was completed in Dec 2017 whereas possession of Chettinad Rani Meyyammmai Towers started in Mar 2006. Between these 2 projects, Ceebros One 74 will definitely be a better option, as you can expect capitals rates to spike in about 4-5 years. This may be owing to the fact that newly completed projects offer good returns on investment for longer run. Chettinad Rani Meyyammmai Towers was completed in Mar 2006, therefore it is quite an old project and prices here would already be stabilized. However, presence of several IT companies and excellent social infrastructure makes this locality quite a favourable destination among high end buyers. Still before investing in any of these projects, consult an experienced property expert.
