    Is the builder reliable? Looking for a flat in Brigade Omega. Want to know more about the approvals and the builder reputation and past track record in the market?

    Dear Sushil, currently, you can get new 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments and the resale apartment is available only for 2BHK. For new apartments price range is in between Rs 72.10 lakh to Rs 1.40 crore whereas resale 2BHK is available for around Rs 78 lakh. This project is legally approved by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) and Occupancy Certificate has been received. As far as the builder is concerned, Brigade Group is a reputed one in the real estate market. With more than 30 years of experience in this sector, this group has delivered several residential and commercial projects in Bangalore Chennai, Hyderabad, Chikmagalur, Kochi, Mysore and Mangalore. This builder has a good track record in delivering projects, quality construction and customer satisfaction.     I have a budget of Rs 50 lakh and I want to invest in this project for which I need a home loan as well. Is there any bank providing home loan facility here? Also, is this a good project to invest?

    Hi Gurpreet, for buying a 2BHK apartment, the price range for new 2BHK starts from Rs 72.10 lakh and it goes up to Rs 73.80 lakh. Also, you can go for a resale 2BHK apartment which will cost you for around Rs 78 lakh. For buying property here, you can get a home loan from L&T;Finance Home Loans, Axis Bank, LIC HFL, Syndicate Bank, Vijaya Bank, State Bank of Mysore, Canara Bank, Citi Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank and HDFC Home Loans. Regarding investing here, I would like to tell you that this project has witnessed an appreciation of around 32% since launch. Also, in last one year, this project has witnessed a hike of around 8%. Capital values are expected to go north in the next 4-5 years. I would advise you to go for the tower which is on the verge of completion. Also, there is one more benefit due to which rates will rise a metro extension from Yelachenahalli to Anjanapura is expected to be completed by December 2018.
