    Hi I am looking for a 2BHK property in Bren Trillium for end use purpose. Could anybody tell me how much would it cost me in Bren Trillium? Are there any separate charges for covered parking and club membership? What about the available amenities and security system?

    Hi Vipul, A 2BHK property in Bren Trillium will cost around Rs 63 Lakhs in this project. For covered car parking you need to pay Rs 3 Lakhs and for club membership the charges are Rs 1 Lakh. For your convenience home loan facility is available through leading banks such as PNB, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and LIC HFL. Coming on to the amenities, the project comprises of club house, community hall and for health and fitness the project is equipped with a tennis and badminton court, gym, swimming pool. A park and a separate playing area for kids is also available. Moreover, rain water harvesting plants are also installed within the project. The security should not pose a concern here as it is a gated community and there are security guards at all vantage points so that no one can enter the society premises without the consent of a resident. The also maintain a daily entry register for the same and for enhanced security CCTV cameras are there.

    Hi how is the transportation facility and road connectivity in this locality? I am planning to buy a property in Bren Trillium, I was interested to know about the builders credibility?

    Hi Mayank, Bren Trillium is situated along the expanse of Chikkanagamangala Road that directly merges with the Central Jail Road, via this road you can easily reach Chennai Bengaluru Highway. The internal road connectivity in this locality is also good that are named as cross road 1, cross road 2 etc. Parappana Agrahara Bus Stop is situated at a distance of 1 km from the project, from where you can easily have access to local buses. Private auto rickshaws and cab services are also available from the main road. This project is constructed by SJR Group that has been into real estate sector since the year 1973 and holds a decent reputation in the market. The builder has its completed projects mainly in Bangalore South and East across premium localities. The builder is soon going to launch a new project in Kalena Agrahara which is situated in Bangalore South. Currently the builder has around 3 ongoing projects in Bangalore South and several other projects in Bangalore East and North.
