Is Bren Avalon an approved project? Is it good to invest here?

Hi raghav, Bren is a known developer in Bangalore and has a track record of delivering projects on time some of them are Bren Woods, Bren Imperia, Bren Champions Square, etc. The project was delivered in 2015 and has got approvals from BBMP, BDA, BESCOM and BWSSB. In case you want to apply for a loan against the property, you can approach PNB housing finance. Other than that, its proximity to IT hubs like ITPL Whitefield, Hebbal and Electronics City and major companies such as Samsung, Ericsson, EMC2 are USP of this project. Even, civic utilities such as markets, schools, bank, etc, are also located in vicinity.

How has been the property prices faring in Doddannakundi. How good it is to invest in Bren Avalon? Can I expect decent returns in a year?

@Safal, Doddanakundi is a developed residential node in Bangalore and Bren Avalon is located in vicinity to schools, malls, banks, hospitals such as Soul Space Arena, Happy mart, Rainbow & Jeevika hospital, etc. Moreover, it is an industrial area and has lot of companies located in proximity that makes and ideal choice for those working nearby as well as it creates a demand for home on rent. If you really want to book a decent profit from the investment, hold your property for atleast 3-4 years as market will take some time to pick up the pace. If you invest here, you can garner good rental returns from the property till the time you are holding on to the property.
