Hi Atul, this project is situated in Sector 39 that offers 3BHK apartments equipped with basic amenities for its residents. This project has 1 tower and around 12 units and the saleable area is 2300-2550 sq ft. Since you are interested in 3BHK unit, it will cost you somewhere between Rs 48 Lakh and Rs 90 Lakh. The rate may vary depending on the built-up area of the project. This project is spread across 24 acres of land. This is an under-construction project and the builder will hand over the possession by February 2018. Furthermore, leading banks such as ICICI, India Bulls, Axis Bank, LIC HFL and Federal Bank are providing home loans. Talking about the locality, the project is situated in Sector 37D and Dwarka Expressway is easily accessible from this sector.
