    Which banks are financing this project? I have planned to book a 3bhk flat here for end-use so please tell me about amenities as well.

    Mr. Nebhnani, for buying property in this project, you can avail home loan from DHFL, LIC HFL, Dena Bank, IDBI Bank, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, State Bank of India, HDFC Home Loans, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank. Since you have planned to book a 3BHK here, the new booking base price is Rs 42 lakh to Rs 48.80 lakh whereas resale 3BHK is around Rs 56 lakh-Rs 65 lakh. Regarding amenities, the project will have a clubhouse, indoor games, swimming pool, community hall, jogging track, waiting for lounge and banquet hall, among others.

    Which area is performing better in terms of investment out of these two BT Road and Sodepur?

    Hi Manik, these two areas are located in Kolkata North and both the areas are developed. Talking about the capital values, BT Road was not performing well for last one year. But according to experts BT Road has started performing well from starting of April and it is expected to perform better in future. On the other hand, Sodepurs realty market is on a downward spiral for the last one year and capital values are still going down. So according to me you should go with BT Road; still take help before investing anywhere from an experienced property expert.
