    Investment in ATS Rhapsody is good or not. What is the appreciation potential of the property?

    Hi Ananya, the property value of ATS Rhapsody have dipped by more than 7% since its launch in 2017. Many housing options are available in Sector-1, Greater Noida West. Proximity to Noida, Greater Noida and other regions of Delhi/NCR and accessibility of social infrastructure would make it a good option for residence, which would boost property rates in the coming years. It will prove to be a good investment for investors with a long-term horizon. However, you can explore other options like Rajhans residency, Rythm Ccounty, Earthcon Sanskriti for investment purpose.

    Should I buy a unit under a fresh booking or resale in ATS Rhapsody? Please advise.

    Hi, buying an under-construction new unit may allow you to get customized payment plans, most popular being the construction linked plan. The ease of payment will not be possible if you buy a flat under resale from an owner. Currently, flats are available under new booking in ATS Rhapsody, within a price range of Rs.65-94 lacs and under resale in between Rs.66 lacs-1.1 crore [exclusive of any taxes]. Also, as the project is in the initial stage of construction and will take more than 2 years to begin possession, it would be advisable to go for a new booking wherein you can avail the booking offers provided by the developer.
