Rohit Prasad Dear Jinesh, Regency Anantam is a newly launched project, and according to the builders brochure it is spread across 32 acres of land and comprises of 7 towers with 23 floors and 1327 units in total. The project will be going to have 1 and 2 bedroom sets. At present, property rates are lower here so you can get a 1 bedroom set around Rs 40 lakh which is base price and other charges like GST, car parking and stamp duty are about Rs 10 lakh. Do you want to know anything else?

Dinesh Agarwal Hi Gaurav, I agree with Rajendra, Dombivli East is located on the outskirts of Thane, and it is partially developed area. It will take another 2 or more years to develop in a sound manner. Roads connecting to Runwal My City are very narrow and not in a proper condition. But you can get tenants here easily since it is a very popular area amongst tenants because of affordable rental options. Moreover, to get tenants, you can advertise your property on property portals like 99acres.

Yash Rajeha Hello Sanjeev, amongst these two localities, I would suggest you to go with Dombivli because it is a developing locality and Ulhasnagar is already a developed region and it is moving towards saturation. Dombivli will help you to reap healthy ROI in future owing to its affordable rates, developing status, recently opened Thakurli-Dombivli Railway Over Bridge [ROB] and has also coverage under Smart City project. Also, according to experts, Dombivli market will improve in the future and capital values will also improve accordingly. Is there anything else you want me to answer?

Sarthak Hi Vishisht, a 2BHK apartment on rent in Balaji Garden will cost you somewhere between 10,000-15,000 per month, and the maintenance charges here are chargeable at the rate of Rs 1.8 per sq ft. It is to be noted that owners charge security amount of 4-6 months rent in advance and if you initiate the deal through a broker, he will also going to charge 1 month or 30 days rent as his brokerage. On the other hand, if you contact the owners directly through property portals like 99acres, you can easily save the brokerage amount.

Rajendra Mishra Dear Gaurav, at present, a 3 bhk apartment on rent in Dombivli East costs around Rs 10,000-13,000 per month. Apart from rent, you can ask for 2-3 months rent in advance as a refundable security deposit from the tenant. Runwal My City is located in Dombivli East which is still a developing area so finding tenant will be a little difficult for you.
