Shivam Hi Gaurav, the rates which are mentioned above are only the base price and will include several other taxes such as stamp duty, and registration charges which are 5% and 1% resp. of the property's price. so, for e.g., if the apartment costs you Rs 45 lakh, the stamp duty payable will be Rs 2.25 lakh and the registration charges will be Rs 45,000.
