@Mr Makhal, Stamp duty is a form of tax which the state government levies on property transactions. A homebuyer needs to pay stamp duty in order to attain legal evidence of a property ownership.
Sale Deed is a legal document which acts as an evidence for sale and transfer of property from buyer to the seller.
Sale Agreement is a contract signing between the parties involved which mentions the terms and conditions over which the transaction will be done.
