Koyal Hi Kulwinder, in terms of connectivity by roads, this project is situated close to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, FNG Expressway, and DND Flyway, which offers an overall smooth commuting experience to the daily travellers. While road connectivity is one of the key USPs of Sec-143, availability of transport is a bit of let-down. This area doesnt have its own bus stand, and frequency of buses and auto-rickshaws passing through this locality is poor. However, the soon-to-be-operational metro station in the sec-143 project will provide a much-needed aid to the daily travellers. In terms of overall living standards, Sec-143 is not a very good area as it is currently in the developing phase. Also, there is a shortage of daily utilities within 4-5 km range of Gulshan Ikebana. Also, its touching areas like Sec-144, Sec 141 and Sec-143 have empty land parcels, due to which safety could be an issue here. I think it will take a minimum of 5-6 years for Sec-143 to become liveable enough for families.
