Y K Agrawal HI There are good no of Ready to move options available in sector 75,76,77,78,79, 143 etc. Sector 79 have low density projects but development authority has not given OC as builders have not built up sports facilities as committed. So if you want in these sector , you have to live without registry and it will be done only when authority will give OC to the builders or any understanding reached between builders and authority. The prices in NOIDA have increased . Y K Agrawal Sector 79 have good builders. The only issue in sector 79, 150 , Greater NOIDA West is that Development Authority is not allowing registry for any project as Builders failed to fulfill their commitment of developing Sports facilities . So authority is not giving OC to the builders. In future if builders fulfilled their commitments then , authority will allow or if any understanding reached between builders and Authority. The builders are offering possessions on the basis of fit out letter signed by the buyers. From end point of view good project but resale can not be done if registry of flat is not there in the name of buyer So if one wish to take risk , he or she can opt else other good ready to move projects are available in near by sectors With best wishes Y K Agrawal
