ravinder sharma Hi Karun! In Ireo Skyon there are options in both new booking and resale property in 3 BHK category. Super built-up area of a 3 BHK is approximately 2,000 sq ft with price in the range of Rs 1.4 Crore to Rs 3.85 Crore. At present, the rental asks of a 3 BHK in this project are in the range of Rs 30,000 to Rs 38,000 per month. You can also take 1 or 2 months rent in advance in the form of a security deposit. Also, Capital Cyberspace is just about 1 km away where many companies like Snapdeal are opening their offices; this is going to increase the demand for rental apartments in this project further.

Bibjan Thanks a lot Ms. Kashyap. In fact, it is beautifully made house but as we had to go abroad immeditely, it remained locked, We need to make lot of renovation to make it fit for living again. As I and my wife are too old now, it is impossible to make it habitable again and hence the idea about selling it as a plot. I will welcome any suggestion from you in this issue. koena kashyap Hi Bibjan, if you have funds available, I would suggest you to construct a house and then go for selling your property. The market for ready to move property/ existing homes is almost always more vibrant than the land market. There simply are fewer numbers of buyers for vacant land than consumers looking for homes.

Presently, apartments are available both under new booking and resale at an approximate price of Rs.9,350/sq. ft. which means buying a 4BHK would cost you roughly between Rs.2.5 - 3.25 crore. The stamp duty would be charged additionally at 7% [male], 5% [female] and 6% [male and female joint owner] of the total property value.

Gaurav Hi Pranav, there are plenty of 2 bhk rental options in AWHO Sispal Vihar which you can explore by visiting real estate portals. As per my research, a 2 BHK apartment is currently available at a monthly rent of Rs 12,000 along with there will be maintenance charges of Rs 350. Also, there is an additional amount of Rs 12,000 which you have to pay as a security deposit to the owner and which will be refunded once you vacate the unit. 1 covered and open parking space is offered in this unit along with basic amenities like gym, clubhouse, kids play area, swimming pool, landscape garden, lifts etc. The distance of this society from your workplace is just under 6 km and you can board buses and auto-rickshaws to reach your workplace.

vikas.dahiya Hi Sunit, although the property values of DLF The Belaire appreciated by more than 80% since its launch in 2010, suggest you to consider other options for investment. The project is more than 5 years old and with prices now saturated. I don't see opportunities for appreciation in the coming years. Also, being an ultra-premium project with a price bracket of more than 2 crores, these luxurious apartments with have lesser buyers base. However, you can use it to generate excellent rental income as it has slightly high rentals with lowest monthly rent for a 3 BHK not less than Rs. 70,000.
