P And P Realtors Dear seller, just find out whether your broker is a RERA registered. If he is RERA registered, you can take him to task in case he doesn't fulfill his obligation. Normally, a broker takes commission after sale deed, but it is based on mutually agreed terms. It is always advisable to discuss these details with the broker before you enter into a deal to sell or buy your flat so that such issues can be avoided.

The Vadodara-Ahmedabad Expressway is one of the best roads in the country. Infrastructure: Being part of the Golden Quadrilateral project, Vadodara is definitely going to see a lot of infrastructure development over the next decade. Shift in buyer preference: Vadodara has witnessed the trend of buyers preference shift from duplex/bungalow type of houses to apartments. Since many people shifting to Vadodara have nuclear families, market has seen healthy demand for 1 and 2BHK apartments being developed in the cities in the price range of Rs 15 to Rs 30 lakh. The effect of overall market slowdown has not affected Vadodara as much as other markets because the prices of properties did not increase at par with price rise in locations such as Ahmedabad and Surat in the last 5 years.
