bhim Singh Dear Sir ,My self bhim singh and i m from kakrala distt- Bijnor UP.I have a land space 2100 sq ft on road .and my villagers need a Bank or ATM my Village total population 2000+ and near area around 10000 population.every person require a ATM or Bank.and any brance for any bank is long distance 15km. so plzz a brance argent required.i m and my villagers very thankful 2 u plzz cont.me my mobile no.+91 **********

sanjeev Thanks vey much please clarify one more thing should I get it constructed by architect or by some other builder some one advised to get it build by builder [ the builder will get it constructed on his expenses] and will give me two floors to me and will sell two floors, is this deal worth also the plot is mine what abiut the price of plot will the builder pay me the plot price also please give advice . pleae advise me technically and legally Thanks

raghavbhati Sanjeev, ji, from basic one I meant, the quality of construction material and other fixtures will be of non branded ones. For e.x an indian made bathroom fixture will cost less than a jaguar bathroom fixture. For more details, you can take quotes from a local builder.

Rajat Sharma Hi Mustaq, both Purvanchal Royal city and Supertech FABLLE castle are decent projects in Greater Noida alongside Yamuna Expressway. If I compare the amenities of the both projects, there are modern amenities available which are good for end-use. However, FABLLE castle is a more prominent township that will have commercial as well as residential units. Regarding price range, 1 BHK unit in FABLLE castle starts with Rs 15 lakh [1BHK] while in Purvanchal Royal City, the price range starts from 60 lakh [3BHK]. Both the projects are under construction, but Purvanchals first phase has already been delivered while FABLLE castle is still under construction [Builder website says possession has started]. Also, for more details, compare the brochures of both project and then conduct a site visit then, only you will be able to choose one for yourself.

raghavbhati Hi Shashi, ideally it depends on the sale value of the property. if the government raises the circle rate it will eventually enhance the value of the property and substantially the registration and stamp duty of the property for buyer of the property.

Vikas Kumar It's a your opinion sir but price too cheaper then other projects and locality is connectivity. And g noida is most cheaper in price to compare in noida property. And many more reasons to available a cheep in g noida expressway.
